In the inn in Caldera, on the second floor, there is a Kajiit who can teach sneak up to 100 (he also teaches acrobatics and something else but I don't know how high). I've also heard of a "master archer" who hangs around a statue in Ebonheart.
Is this guy a fluke or are there master trainers for all of the skills.
Has anyone else found one? |

The guy next to the statue is part of a quest not a trainer I think your sneak-trainer might be the only one
It's a pain really. Some skills like enchant are so slow and expensive to advance that they really should have added a trainer who can take you higher than 50 |

I haven't found any trainers that can train to 100 yet, but I have found one or two that train up to 70+.
There seems to be at least one trainer in each guild that won't train you unless you are a high enough rank. For example Eydis Fire-Eye in the Fighters Guild in Balmora wouldn't train me until I had a rank of Protector or so in that guild. Once I reached that rank she trained a couple skills to about 75 for me. |

Spoilers for master trainers. |

Yes, there are trainers who can train up to 100 in almost every skill. Only two that I'm aware of aren't available or are unknown. This is the off the top of my head list.
Speechcraft - Skink-in-Trees in the Mage's Guild in Sadrith Mora
Mysticism - the priest downstairs in the Temple in Ald'Druhn. Need to be member of Temple and at least advanced halfway their ladder.
Security - Hele(something) in Balmora. She has her own house just down the stairs from Caius place. Have to be a member of the Thieves Guild to get her to train you.
Marksman is the guy in Ebonheart and he is also part of a quest.
Enchant or Alchemy (I forget which) - the chick in the Propylon Chamber of Valenvaryon.
Mercantile - the merchant with 9000 GP in Zainab camp.
That's all I remember off the top of my head. |

Summary from all message boards I've been following:
********************************************
Heavy Armor - High Elf in Fighter´s Training, Arena Waistworks, Vivec
*********************************************
Blunt Weapons - Faralenu Henim, The Abbey of St. Delyn the Wise, St. Delyn Plaza, Vivec
*******************************************
Long Blade - Ulms Drathan, Armigers Stronghold, Molag Maar
********************************************
There is a trainer in Seyda Neen that is hard to get too, but not sure if its "secret"
she is up in the storage tower. 2 ways in are pick a door or use a levitation potion/spell to enter to door thats up above where you first enter seyda neen (this is before you finish making your character).
*********************************************
ENCHANTING: master trainer is in Indoranyon (In the grazelands)
Just a warning, he will attack you on sight. To get to him you have to fight past some worshipers and some mid-level daedra (flame astronanths, clanyar) He's the guy in the absolute last room of the dungeon. I COULD tell you how to get him to train you, but its best you find out on your own. Oh, he wears an enchanted cloak, so don't kill anyone wearing an enchanted cloak.
I believe the standard method is to get close to him, either by charging from afar or using invisibility/chameleon/sneak, activating him, and then Persuading him up to 100 so he doesn't attack you. Then you can train from him all you like.
If people haven't actively hostiled you, you can talk to them. I've found quite a few people in the caves to train me in random skills this way...
[Evil Spoiler: Toss all the gold you wanna at them to get them to like you. Once you're done you can kill them and get it all back... since they're a bandit anyway its not a crime.] >

I found a member of the Fighter's guild in Ebonheart next to statue who talks about his Marksmanship but there is no option to train from him. I'm FG Master so he should listen to me How can I get to train from him? |

Illusion master - in Sadrith Mora, Dirty Muriels, upstairs, don't recall the guy's name off the top of my head, but he's a Dunmer in a green robe. Only guy up there matching that description.
As for raising sneak, why pay? I must admit to simply sticking my sneak key and forward key down for a day (with a can of spraypaint and a steel file) in front of a bunch of mages and when I got home from work, voila, 35->100. |
