Where is "Eight Plates"?
   

Can't find "Eight Plates", the place where I'm supposed to pick up Intermerel to escort him to Pelagiad (Balmora mage quest). Hewp.

Hmm I think I remember seeing Eight Plates on the way to the Alchemist on "The Hill" part of Balmora. It's the Northern end, Eight plates and another place share an Archway/Bridge, if you were to look beyond that archway and straight ahead you would see the alchemist's shop. Eight plates is on the right hand side of the Archway/Bridge.
