Directions to Orc Hammer
   

I'm having a hard time understanding the FAQ's direction to the Orc Hammer. Could someone please give me directions.

Look at the Gothic Map here. The mountain fort is at F. There is a ruined castle at G. On the trail between the two there is a cave with bloodhounds around. The hammer is in a room in that cave.
