Revive NPC's
   

In early playng I killed some NPC's and solded their stuffs.
But now I can't finish main quest without them.
Is there some cheat who can I revive this NPC's.

This happens when you just go about killing innocent people, and don't care about the consecuences. Morrowind is not a game to be played lightly. So now you either cheat or start a new game.
