I havn't checked for kirgo yet. I found mud running into the inner circle. I was shooting at a guard and he got in the way. You probably havn't seen him because he had run off somewhere.

After you hit him (not necessarily beating him up), he comes back to you when you meet him.

After you have beated him up, wait for him to get up and then talk to him. He should say you're a lunatic and won't follow you anymore.
