Dungeon Siege 2: Interview @ ActionTrip

ActionTrip has tossed up an interview with 'Dungeon Siege II' Lead Designer Kevin Lambert.
There's a boatload of fans out there that are anxiously awaiting the next iteration of the Dungeon Siege franchise from Gas Powered Games. As it so happens, we AT staffers just happen to be some of them. So it's with great pleasure that we offer this interview with Kevin Lambert, lead designer from GPG. There is a VERY good chance this guy knows what he's talking about when it comes to Dungeon Siege 2.

I have been anticipating this game since DS:LOA let me down horribly as an expansion.

The new interactivity and powers system, not to mention Coach AI, in addition to the previous gameplay (hopefully intact) in DS1 can only combine to make a great game.

I have been through week long DS1 LANs, amd now I find myself looking forward to that kind of torment and punishment again

Hell, Im even playing DS1 as we speak to get me through to the release date

Being South African Im always last to get a game

I played the first and well it was kinda fun, but the end boss was way too easy and it came pretty repetitive soon. So I would say it was a nice game but not a good one.
I have to admit the secodn one does look very promising so I am interested, can't wait for a demo

I must say that Gom was a let down after the hordes of Seck you had to defeat

If i was a part of an army that strong with a leader that weak...well
