Dunno about buying..but you can have Diego train you in strength/dexterity .... all it takes it skill points (received from leveling up)..you get 10 pts for every level you gain, and you can get 1 str/pt or 1 dex/pt from him..also, you will find potions throughout the game that will increase your strength/dexterity permanently..

In every camp is one or two people who will teach you 1 dex/strgh. for 1 exp. point.
It is just for exp. points not for ore (some other skills you must buy and pay with exp. points + ore).

100 in dex/str/mana is the max you can train in.
You should use your potions after you reach that point.
