Shutting Down the Caldera Mine?
   

I've run this quest and can't seem to get Llethri to recognize that I have freed every slave. I've also gotten the secret ledger from the chest. When I asked the guy in the governor's hall about it the game crashed. Is this mission bugged for everyone or have I done somethin wrong?
