first vivec hlaalu quest - treasury report

hi,

i'm just wondering if theres anything cool i can do besides just deliver the report. i broke the seal and tried to read it, but it looked like it was written in cypher. is this really just a simple delivery quest, or can i do more with it?

If it is a quest for curio you should bring it to him and not someone else.

"written in cypher"? all the notes i got from the traitorous mayor guy were in normal english text. oh and if you broke the seal on them , you'd best give them to curio.
