I am playing again, as a novice this time. It seems weird to go to members of the other camps to learn str, dex, and skills. I figure Cor Angar will make me a templar when I am ready, but who is my mentor until then in the Sect camp. It seems the only to vendors are the blacksmith and Fortuno, the dealer.

Until you become a Templar, Diego is all you have for strength and dexterity. You will simply have to go to the Old Camp so he can teach you.

After you become a Templar, Cor Angar and Gor Na Toth will train you in 2-handed sword and strength/dexterity.
