Someone, please help me with Galur Rithari's Paper. I'm working for the Mage Guild and the Tree-Dude told me to get Galur Rithari's Paper. I need them for the quest and for curing Vampirisam. I ask the Bookseller in Balmora and she says "Look in Vivec". I got to Joshba nad he says "Look in "Vivec Hall of Justice". I go and take a look, and nothing. Nothing in there and no clue where the Galur Rithari's Paper should be. Please, please help me! |

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to this one, but there's a big library in the Hall of Justice. Try looking in there.

I didn't find if. The only one I found is in Hall of Wisdom. So where is the big library? Please do help. |

I had a quick look on the hints sites for you. You're in the right area, but you need to look for a trap door somewhere in one of the HoJ rooms...
