How can I precast spells cast by myself?
When I read a spell from a scroll, it becomes precast[ed] and is moved to a 3-cell "cache" at the left-bottom side of the screen. After that I can cast those spells using keys "1"-"3".
Can I move my own cast spells to that cache?
(not from scrolls but cast by myself using my runes and waving my hand)
I guess it IS "precasting". So how can I precast my own spells?
Thanks. _________________ Do not awaken the Sleeper |

The game explains you how to do it at some point... If only you'd read what it bothers telling you
Hold the shift key once you've finished your rune drawings and letting go of the ctrl key. |

If it's easier to remember it also works to just hold down shift+CRTL at the same time while casting. |

Yes and furthermore I think you meant you wished for MORE pre-cast slots, as do I. Only three usually leaves use with 4 attacks (pending you sneak up to your target and attack him with a spell while you're still hidden). Which I find rather limiting. I'm guessing if you invest more in magic the spells become so powerful that you don't more then 3 spells, but in my case I ususally do need more. |

My idea is that if you learn and are more skillful in magic, you should have more slots. Because if you are better, you should be able to learn (memorize) more spells. |

What they did instead is make the spells more powerful which makes sense.
Doing both would have been overkill though. |
