Hey guys, a bit of a spoiler here so if you are not right at the end of the game, you probablly shouldnt read.
**** LAST WARNING ****
Ok, I got the special sword from the orc temple, took it to Xardas and all that good stuff. He gives me the scroll, but kept my sword! It is nowhere to be found. I've checked my intire inventory, all the vendors, took milton down to the ore pile and tried to do it. Nothing. I cannot continue the game. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there perhaps a Hex Editor I can use somewhere? This is really killing me cause im so close to beating it, but I cant progess. Thanks in advance. |

Enter marvin mode. Open your character screen and type 'marvin' (you won't see the text), then exit the screen. Marvin Mode and a console will appear at the top of the screen.
Solution 1: Insert Uriziel. Type 'insert mythrilklinge01' into the console and press enter. Uriziel will appear and you can pick it up.
Solution 2: Possess Xardas. Focus on Xardas so he is highlighted, then press 'o'. Open Xardas' inventory and have him drop the sword. Then jump back to your body.

I recommend saving your game and restarting Gothic after you have the sword. Playing in marvin mode can have some side-effects.

Have you noticed that the sword (URIZIEL) is NOT between the weapons! It is in the Misc. list! After you got the armor from his Old Tower you go to him and you get the sword. |

Anonymous said he has already gotten the recharge-scroll from Xardas. So Anonymous must have already been in Xardas's old tower and Xardas must have already said that the sword is called Uriziel. He should have given the sword back to the player and it should be usable as a sword by now.
