The King isn't stupid. In a time of war he would be wanting the strongest people fighting. He wouldn't let a skilled fighter rot away in the mines when he could be out there kiling lots of orcs. Let the weak people do the mining.

In fact in the beginning you - with your powerfull super rusty club - even find difficult to kill a meatbug...

The Ulu-Mulu lets you form a party with the Orcs! Yeah!

You should be able to talk to the orcs when you have the ulu-mulu. Then that would be cool.

Everyone should kill the orcs.

If they attack you and HATE you when you donīt have the ULU-MULU, then they should be killed even if they donīt attack you when you have the ULU-MULU.

Remember, when you have the ULU.MULU they donīt attack you but they still hate you.

I would not kill Ur-Shak and Tarrok though. They're kinda nice.

Um...thinking about the idea of opportunist, I think Grim fits perfectly.

Well, the King was stupid (or at least gullible) enough to have the general jailed who might have won the war in the first place. So I wouldn't trust his judgement in this matter.

Didn't Lee have something to do with the King's Wife.

The orcs do attack you when you hold the ulu-mulu.
That is if you hit them with it.

Or if you use magic.

Lee was accused for murdering the King's wife, I believe.

Don't you have to be holding the Ulu-Mulu for the orcs not to attack you.
If thats so you can't use magic while holding it.

No, you don't have to hold the Ulu-mulu. You just have to carry it on your back.

You don't have to be holding it. It is only required that it be equipped.
