Question for a starting Crusader
   

Ok my Orc Crusader is still level one. I have run around the opening town for a bit and cleared out the slave cave. My question is what is the best way for me to regain my health? Are there potions or anything to do it with out resting?

potions, spells, scrolls will all heal you. Also sleeping in a bed or camping out of a town.
