An experiment I plan to try. . . |
|
I plan to make a battle happen. I will insert a few guards (in chapter 4), and insert (reasonable) weapons, and then have the guards pick them up (by using control). I then plan to lead them to the merceneries (and see what happens). I do have a few problems. How can I make it so the guards are trained right? If you see any other problems with this proposal, please tell me! _________________ OMG! WTF?! MONKEYS!!!!

First off, you'll need to spawn them close to where the mercs are - they'll wander off back home otherwise. So better look for a place where they can't just turn around and go like this. Same for controlling, while you deal out weapons to the possessed one, the others will in all probability leave. If you spawn too close to the mercs, however, the battle will start before you'll be able to intercept. So... it's actually pretty difficult to stage a mass battle to your conditions and not theirs. _________________ Jaz |

Of course, since I am technically the guards' enemy, they should attack me when they get weapons, so I can lead them to the mercs. _________________ OMG! WTF?! MONKEYS!!!!

then it would be wise to set your won flags on 2.
because when you posses another body, you won character is very weak, and the other 3 guards who are not possesed, may attack him.
you can also use a sleep scroll to all, and then edit their stats while they are sleeping. _________________ Always wondering how it would be... |

MageofFire.
Temporarilly alter your guilds and attitudes as you lead the guards to the merc's, at that point you may even "freeze" your guards till your ready. Don't forget the Hero_export/import it will work also on the guards & you can have as many as you want, then a quick possess & F6 then zoom away then F2 and Goto Camera, enter, then F8 to look down on your battle. There is more? Oh and try using "free" guards (not assigned a role (position) in the game

@Neo_Genesis-That problem is easy to solve without any need to change my "flag." I'll just turn on God Mode! _________________ OMG! WTF?! MONKEYS!!!!
