hi
this question will probally sound stupid, but I hope I can get some help anyways.. 
I've done everything for the quest of repairing the eye of innos, got the swampweed, but... I can't get the eye of innos be repaired by a smith. I went to onar's farm, but the only person who might be the one to help me there is hodges, as far as I know anyways. But the only dialog option he gives me is :
"can I buy weapons from you?"
Am I experiencing a bug? (please don't let it be so), or did I just totally miss the goldsmith every time I ran across the farm??

The smith at Onar's farm Bennet will fix the eye for you.
Hodges is his helper.
I was a mercenary at the time so I don't know if there are other options if you are with another guild.

the goldsmith your looking for is bennet, he is one of the mercs but has been arrested, you can find him in the city jail... |

At this point in the game, Bennet is currently in prison cell in the city of Khorinis. You can go to the prison cell and open it up, go inside, and talk to him. He basically will tell you he needs to get out of there in order to repair the amulet for you.
BIG SPOILER AHEAD!!!
If you want instructions on how to get him out of jail, keep reading:
Go to the town hall, or the building where Lord Hagen is standing. First, talk to Lord Hagen and tell him you need Bennet released. Lord Hagen will tell you that he can't release the prisoner for his crimes, and blah blah blah...Go upstairs and talk to the first guy you see. That guy will demand something like 2000 gold in order to make him talk. Give him the gold, and he will hand you his diary and abandon the city. Take the diary to Lord Hagen as proof that Bennet is innocent. Lord Hagen will release Bennet. Go to the farm and talk to Bennet, he will agree to fix your amulet. Now go in the bar and talk to the cook and get another thing of Thedka's +1STR soup. Now go in the barn and sleep until next morning. Now go back to Bennet and he will have your amulet ready for you...

Don't forget to go find the same guy and get your 2000 gold back He's in the first cave you prolly ever entered. If you can't find him just ask.

I rather like it being a mage, since you can convince Cornelius without paying money by telling him what you would do to him if you'd suddenly become a real angry mage. |
