Supposedly the robe is south of Seyda Neen on one of those little islands in a cave, but the only one ive found so far was a tomb to the south west of Seyda Neen... i just wanna make sure it's ACTUALLY there somewhere before i spend a few hours searching for it... |

It's in one of those Dragoth'Ur worship places with all the dreamers and ash statues. You'll need a potion or 2 of levitate and some unlocking spells. But i tihnk that the patch made it cast when used and not costant effect |

It did. The robe is now more like the ring you get from fargoth, in that it only restores 15 health and 15 stamina once per use. I think it's in a place called assurna something or other. It's a cave, not too far from seyda neen. I think it's to the east (but maybe west, not sure). I'm sure it's not a tomb though, there were people in there.

Head south to the sunken ship, from there you go south east and you cant miss it... Of course you should have water walk on or the fish will get you =) |
