Blades Quaest in Ald'Ruhn, help.
   

I am on the Blades quest looking for the Ashlander turned wealthy trader some where in Ald'Ruhn. really tired of wandering around looking for this individual. He is not in the Inn as everyone I talk to states he is.

There are 2 downstairs areas here. the stairs by the entrance down to the rooms and the stairs going down to the store room up by the inn keeper. he is in the store room.

You must ask about him for him to spawn. He is in the downstairs area under the bar. The first time I went down, there were only two guys there.
