Redoran Horator - named but not recognized

I have the XBox version. I've been named by all the houses as Horator, but the wise woman at the Ubekizan (I know that's not how it's spelled

) does not recognize that I've been named.

She does recognize that I've been named Haalu Horator and my journal is updated. She just gives me the same spiel about BECOMING horator for the other two houses.

Both houses have been added to my journal as me being name Horator.

I've talked to everyone of the councillors (except the two that I had to kill) and clicked on every possible topic of discussion.

Is there something I've missed or could this be a bug?

EDIT: 9/26.

I've gotten a response from Tech support. They say they don't give game hints thru tech support. I am assuming then that being named Horator and having it show up in your journal is NOT all that's required to finish this quest (the Fourth Trial). So I'm stumped. What could I possibly be missing?
