One noob question...
   

Hy,

i am new to Gothic and i look for one info so far:

at the mines where i got the list for Diego is Ore on the walls (inside and outside).

My character is able to work on it with a pickaxe but

after letting him do so for 20 to 30 minutes.....nothing.

Why the heck should i be able to work on the ore if it is for nothing ?
Or am i doing something wrong ? (need to learn a skill maybe ?)

You never get ore that way, so don't bother with it.
