First, welcome to the furums,
Much time can be saved to yourself by using the forums search facility,
for example, type in the word lockpick and all previous threads on that subject
will be available for you to browse through.

Instead of making to statements he has to look on the forum you could have already answered him. I only found one person selling lockpicks and that was thorben. He is the one between ther smidt and the hunters shop. He is sawing or hammering all the time really not hard to find. Hope that I helped you with this

There are enough people who sell lock picks dont know anymore who those people where i last played the game a year ago but i think some merchants on the market place has some lock picks |

the one is thorben the carpender in the city of Khorinis.Dont remember others but if you join the thiefs guild then you can go to certain people give them a secret greeting and they can give you lockpicks(& I think for free).Or you can look inside heavy fishes...they have lockpicks inside.
