High Elves don't gossip and are hated by Orcs?
   

Hi everybody,

two questions:

- High Elves seem to dislike gossip. At least my High Elf cannot ask anyone about 'latest rumors', 'little advice' or 'little secret'. Weird. My PERS is 40ish, my speechcraft 11, if that should have any influence (certainly didn't notice it with my previous 3 characters *puzzled*)

- Orcs hate High Elves, yes? You know the Orcs patrolling outside of the Daedric Shrines? They attack me on sight. Never had them do that before when I was a Khajit, Orc or Redguard. Is this normal? I am not wearing any special armor, weapons or items.
