Buy yourself a piece of 3DO...

Thanks to Celestial Heavens for sending along <a href="http://dynamic3.gamespy.com/~homm/index.php#PQN434807" target="_blanK">word</a> about the publication of the sales procedures documentation regarding the sales of 3DO assets. 3DO (or its legal counsel) has set up a website for interested parties at <a href="http://www.3doinfo.com/" target="_blank">www.3doinfo.com</a>. The "Sales Procedure Order" document reveals that you have to deposit US$ 100,000 for the 'Heroes of Might & Magic' franchise. Initial overbids have to be 4% higher than the leading bid and you have to dish out US$ 25,000 more for each new bid (subsequent bid increment). <br>It should be noted that the 'Might & Magic' franchise is not listed seperately in the document. It might be part of the "Other Patents Asset Group" or - more likely - as Angelspit from Celestial Heavens told us, be part of the 'Heroes of Might & Magic' group.
