The orc in the free mine told me i had to find a troll to get his fist or something to make a mulu-shulu. I cant find the troll though. WHere is he?

He should have respawned in Troll Valley, where you met the first troll.

There's also another one on the "jumper chest platform" in the Monk Temple that Gorn helped you out on.
