I can not pass through protection field,that blocks entrance to the 7th level (Level 6 - Crypt Level 3).When i cast 'dispell field' at point 9,Level 6 - Crypt Level 3,i receive something like "I do not have enough skills to do that.."
My stats are: level 7,mental is at 7 points,Casting at 21(23,still no help).Do i have to increase mental,to able to remove the field?
Thanks in advance.
PS. i installed the latest patch,still no help. |

May be you can try 'dispell field' scrolls? It worked for me and I never invested into spellcasting.

Your 'magic' skill should be at least 40% to be able to cast level 4 spells. I think. (The little hand icon is the 'magic' skill.)
I had this issue earlier on but it seems I could use scrolls even when my magic wasn't high enough. So maybe try to find or purchase a 'dispell field' scroll.
Also, check to make sure you have enough mana and haven't used it up.

I just stepped on it and took the hit, but I also left the crypt and did a few side quests to up my level of strenght so I could survive. Quick save and then step on it and see if you live. Nothing to loose. I never did get a dispell or disable scroll to work on it myself. |

Thank you for helpin.
I dont agree that mu magic skill have to be at 40 to cast level 4 spells, couse i cast successfully spells level 9 (mass paralyze,incinerate,etc).Also when i cast "dispell field" it darins some mana, but not whole mana pool.
ok,i just found the scroll of "dispell field" gonna try this.
