Gah! I've looked and looked and looked. Where is this guy? Xardas says I need to speak with him and I'm not sure what to do next since I can't find him......
Thanks. |

Remember when you went to the Old Mountain Fort? it was that wrecked castle you passed before crossing the bridge... |

Hey, the shaman will be attacked by other orcs and also MAKE SURE you visit the place at midday, not nighttime, last time I did that the first time I played and I was looking everywhere for the shaman, so I quit, and I thought I couldn't go on . Well, anyway, second time round is SO MUCH EASIER! |

Remember the path with the three Golems you had to destroy, rock, Ice, and Fire? Follow that path back the way you went and instead of going straight, take your first right. That path will lead you gradually around and to the top of the mountain. You can expect to fight a couple Razors near a small cave against the mountain side, if you haven't killed them already. Once you get to the top and see the ruins of what looks like used to stand some sort of tower, save the game. You now have two options. Attempt to help the shamen by attacking the temple orcs, or just sit back and watch the shamen kill them. When I was at that point in the game I was unable to kill those orcs. I would hit them and end up getting myself killed. The Shamen is immortal at this point in the game, so don't worry about him. If you try to summon something to attack the orcs, be aware that once the orcs are dead your summoned creatures will turn on the shamen. If you do this, simply killing your summoned creatures will not remedy the situation. The shamen will stand with his weapon equiped and refuse to talk to you. So, to narrow these instructions down a bit; you have two options when you reach the orc shamen. A) Save game and attempt to kill the orcs attacking the shamen in hopes of getting the experience points. B) Stand aside and watch the shamen slowly kill off the 3 orcs. I personally just stood aside and watched, because my weapon was unable to harm them. |

Actually there's another way to get there... from the swamp camp direction, past the orc cemetary, past the mounatin fort and across the bridge where you see the sunken tower. But yeah...
Best way is to see the map Val gave a link to. |

I forgot to mention something else. If your trying to get there from the tower where Xardas is, then use your transform into bloodfly spell and simply fly off the top of the tower, then follow my instructions above to find the shamen. Once in bloodfly form, your no longer vulnerable to damage due to falling. Bloodfly form is most popular for its speed. Its a longer lasting, safer, and faster means of traveling around in the large mass of land within the colony. |
