BEST conjuration spells
   

anyone know where i can find some conjuration spells beyong things like Flame Atronoch? Also, what is the most powerful summon?? Can the spell be bought somewhere?

You should try to use the search first before submitting a question about locations and such. Those kind of questions are asked a lot and get answered pretty much daily.

Anyways, to answer your question...
Go to the top floor of the wizard's tower in Tel Branora. There is a spell merchant there that will sell all the high level summons. Including Summon Golden Saint. Avoid talking to the old lady up there as she can get quite hostile, especially if your male.
