1) How/where can i find the "Dragon Hunters"?
2) How do I join up with them?
3) What is this "Secret Library", I've hear someone talk about it. What's is there to do and where do I find it / how do I enter it (if its locked) =P ?
4) How can I kill the "Ghost Light"... or am I just suposed to leave it alone?
5) I forgot to do the "Collect the herbs" quest for Constantino (I think) in chapter 1 and now I can't get the Q anymore. Does that mean that I will not be able to brew Strenght Potions?

1, In the VoM, I think later than you are now. If you wanna be one, join the mercenaries.
3, The Secret Libary is later, too, you'll find it.
4, Keep trying! 
5, You can learn brewing later, too.

There's a couple other people you can learn potions from in return for some task. Once you learn one, you can learn from any other person who teaches.
