A New Secret

I don't know how many people already know this but I have been playing this game over and over and just recently I found another secret I've never seen before.

I've never heard anyone else mention it so I'm not sure if it's obvious or not. I have been in every cave, every nook every cranny, up till now. I know there is a cave behind the water fall, but just recently I found another underwater cave.

If you leave the old camp from the main gate and head straight you'll cross the river. Slightly to your right on the other side of the river is an entrance to an underwater cave. It's hidden behind some green leaves that hang down. There is nothing in it, but I have never known about it till now.

Great. Too bad there's nothing inside.

Do you go right? Or do you go left? A simple decision, yes? No ambiguities. Only the dream of the path not taken! And so one might stand in this place and contemplate for a long while. What will I miss if I go left? What will I lose if I go right? And in my indecision, have I chosen a worse fate?

It is? Well I didn't know about it. There are many hidden places in Gothic that I've hanv't had time to explore. When I'm done making my perfect character then I'll go exploring. They shouldn't of made all the weapons available to buy in town. If some of these weapons were in chests in hidden places then there would of been more incentive to explore.

There are many underwater caves, some with nice sets of potions.

Hmm... I am not sure, it is long time I last played Gothic, but I think I found only one permanent potion in these caves. Normaly there are just usuall potions and usuall items, nothing really "perfect".
At least try to swim a little bit in lake near entrance to NC and SC.
