Where is the guy that teaches you to take dragon scales?

Gehsaht (sp) or whatever where is he. I am in the Dragon Hunting chapter.

there r two guys actully theres's gestath he is the hunter u found in your way to the stone dragon in the old mountion fort near gorn
and there's this dragon hunter which in the begging at the way down to the vally and then he goes to the place near the new camp that filled with lurkers where in chapter 2 u talked two a couple of convicts
