ok i have no idea what happened or how .. all i know is i was walking around on a quite day in the land of gothic birds were singing the sun was shineing everything was nice and i was trying to do some work for alot of nice people so they might lent me a home and a bed and then out of nowhere comes this BIG GIANT EVIL bug! and attacks little innocent me *sniff*
and before i knew what hit me i was deep inside this beast and it have reset all camps so dead people come back to life and all quests have never even been talked about and when i talk to deigo that chapter 1 screen comes up ..
think me gonna call the pestcontrole on this one ..

What? i don't really understand second paragraph of your post. You mean got killed by meat bugs and game reload to starting screen/place? - that is the way it is, nothing wrong.....

uhmm .. no i wasnt killed by no meat bug .. dont even know if thats possible .. im talking about a "bug" in the game (not a creatur in the game or anything) just something wrong i was in the middle of the game and some how everything reset and i wasnt killed or anything .. just very weird .. i had like almost finished all the quests in chapter 1 for all three camps and then i was going to the old camp and the guard stop me like when u first go there so i had to pay him off again and when i talked to deigo or what ever his name is to give him the list he said the same shit as when u meet him where u get droped off in the start of the game ..

LOL sorry for that misunderstanding 
Yeah sometimes weird things happen in Gothic. Not sure what cause your Gothic problem though.

Dunno what exactly your problem is, but you might want to re-install Gothic and start-over, this time making several saves along the way as backup.
