Please help me all you smart Morrowind people...
   

Can I quit a Guild? I am in the fighters guild, but I want to quit so I can kill this dude for another guild. Help me.

I don't think you can quit. You can get kicked out by stealing or attacking another fighter guild member.

If I get kicked out, can I rejoin later in the game?

Yes you can rejoin later but it will cost you around 1k of gold (not sure of cost....)
