How about a tabletop version of Morrowind
   

Has anyone any idea whether there are plans for a tabletop/pen & paper version of Morrowind? The system is good enough to stand alone and function without too many adjustments, and the world detail is fantastic.
I wondered whether any games company has thought about releasing this as an RPG title (but please not as D20 - anything but that).
