you're welcome. If you give the Fellowship letter or the tattered note to Braffit, he'll tell you some "clues". Antone might want to see the tattered note, too; i don't bother any more, so i don't remember.

I've read somewhere that if you attack the Arnika patrols turning them hostile, giving the note to Braffit will make them friendly again. Can't confirm it, as I've never had to try it.
