Any shrine. Also potions. Go anywhere that sells potions. You will find it. If you are level 9, I am sure you know where the mages guilds are. They sell the potions. Also, all apothecarys sell them as well. _________________ Midiboy

Locations of cure and restore stat potions |
|
If you have your theifly abilities up resonably high, just go to the mages guild in balmora and down to the basement. There are two locked chests there lock level 75 that have a huge assortment of potions in them. 1 or 2 of just about any kind in the game. After looting those two chests I ended up with my carry weight going up almost 100 units. Ended up with 2-4 of a bunch of cures and stat restores.
I amguessing similar setups are in all the mage guilds, and the higher levle one you go to the better the potions are. I am just a "newb" level 23 monk, that is working abilities up. I have been to vivec and Ahn-dhul(sp) so far. And a few dungeons where I figured out unarmored is a pretty poor way of battling...
However sneak is 100, hand to hand is 100, unarmored is mid 80's, and acrobatics is mid 90's. Jumping off the silk striders platforms does wonders for acrobatics. |

Magicka user or no, you can still purchase Restore Attribute spells and use them on yourself. They work much better than potions and they dont weight a thing. Being a Magicka user, I have one of each...Strength, Endurance, Willpower, Speed, Intelligence, Agility, Personality and Luck.
You could also purchase the spells then have items enchanted so that you dont have to worry about running out of Magicka or failing during casting.
In order to have an item enchanted, you must know the spell you intend to use to enchant it. Most rings weight very little...exquisite apparel gives the most casts. |
