ok im about to start Chapter 4 but i am only lvl 10 and know 3rd circle i think i am doing something wrong , how the hell am a going to take on orcs and dragons with fireballs and ice arrows... should i train more or will this work?

training would be a good idea, but you have a long way to go. just take your time and explore the world, it will also cause you to fight a lot of monsters, and its fun. but if you would rather just go into the VoM then go ahead, you dont need to fight the orcs right away ne1, all you gotta do is run your ass off and hope you make it to the battery ram safely

Well, level 10 in chapter 4 is pretty low. Most people have at least level 10 or higher at the end of chapter 1. Take your time, explore the whole world and do all the quest and try to kill more monsters to gain more experience. Anyway, in chapter 4 you should be able to learn the 4th circle and greater fireball which is quite powerful.

but if he is only lvl 10 then i doubt he has enough mana so he really needs to do what you and i both suggested... explore, complete quests, but you are way behind dude

how the hell do i reach level 10 at the end of chapter 1 where can i get all those quests.

There are tons of quests; in the city, for the mercs, around the farms, etc. TALK to everyone. You'll get quests. Join the thieves guild for example.
