Clarification

Can someone please clarify?

Three "classic" servers have been live in North America for about 6 months now and anbody can play on them. Is this new server for DAoC Europe and physically located there?

Yes, the Eurogamer announcement relates only to the EU version of Dark Age. The US version is always ahead of the EU version in terms of patches and features. This will be the first time EU subscribers get to use 'classic servers,' whereas US subscribers have had them since July, I think, like you said. I've heard that localization has a lot to do with the gap between US and EU versions, but localization shouldn't take six months.

Thank you for clarifying.

Yeah, localization should not take 6 months since the new Euro-classic server is in English...

"Sir, we finished the localization process. We are confident all instances of color now read colour correctly."
