Lord Andre's missions
   

I need help with Lord Andre's third mission.
He told me to go to the harbor and find the guy whos selling the weed.
He also told me to speak to a guy called Mortis.
Where is this Mortis?
I searched the entire harbor but I didn't find him.
Could someone tell me where is Mortis?

Go back to Lord Andre and across from him is the armory. Mortis is in the armory
