| Drop to desktop, anyone else? |

The game is quite stable for me except for one situation. If I die, during the reload the game always dumps to desktop while initializing data. It doesn't matter if I use the load-last-save prompt or go back to the main menu and load from there.
I've only got a few plug-ins installed, and I'm pretty sure I had this problem before I picked up any of them.
Thoughts?

It is a very common error. Do you have the patch installed?

Eh, I got this error quite frequently after installing the patch, but I think it goes away or fixes itself after awhile. Did for me anyway.

I'm patched. I guess it really isn't a big deal. I was more curious than anything. Thanks for the info, though.
