Hi

has anyone found this book by now, im looking for it for some time now and can't find it. According to Joshua from Joshuas rare books there should be a copy in the library in Vivec, but i cant find it

Any help appreciated

You can find a copy in Tureynulal (dwemer ruin mostly to the east and a little north of Dagoth Ur ) inside the ghost fence on a shelf in the same room where you'll encounter an ash vampire.

You can also find it in Galom Something which is southwest of Uvirith's Grave ( also a dwemer ruin, and vampire stronghold ). It's in the observatory ( the room with the big telescope and a book with dwemer schematics ). you'll need a levitate spell to get on a higher platform in the telescope dome.

these are the only 2 places i've encountered the book so far, and i've been unable to find this secret library.
