Hi,
I am playing as a Magician and have some Dragon Blood from killing the Dragons. May I know is there any use for them besides selling to Jan in VoM for money and experience points?
Thanks! |

When you're a mage, theres no other use.
As a mercenary, you can use the blood to create the best weapon in the game.
thats 1 of a million reasons to play the game over and over again.. _________________ One blade good, two blade better |

One is up by the old fortress under an overhang. The other is across the river from Marcus' mine. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

reply for EDV: Gorn teaches the skill of dragon blood and scales (plus 2 bloodfly wings & stingers). I too did not request these skills and THINK Gorn can be found in VoM, after the beginning of ch.4, at the tower where the Stone Dragon is located.
I haven't had a chance to get back to the game to verify. This will be my next place to check. If you find it difficult to get there due to Orcs, or the Lizard Men that spawned everywhere, transform yourself into a creature. This way you can explore the lay out of VoM and note where all 4 dragons are. |

It's the other guy, not Gorn, Not that it matters. The guy up near the fortress though will teach you for free if it's ch 4, and the dragon hunter who teaches it will charge you like 1000 gp I think. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

Could you be a tad bit more specific on the fortress? Are you speaking of the ruins where the rock dragon is? Is this guy with Gorn? I haven't got a chance to fight my way over there.
As for Gorn, in the beginning of Ch4. on the path, Gorn says he followed Sylvio here and those were his 5 skills (forgot about sneak) he offered me, giving up LP only. Gorn never said anything to me about cost. It was Godar for me that would show me how to gut the dragon for 1,000 gold, plus LP.
I haven't figured out the dragon blood use yet but the scales can be used to give to Jan ("yaun") for better dragon hunger armor. Although he does want an awful lot of them for there only being 4-dragons. They better fork up a lot of scales. |

When you head up the hill to the fortress bear to your right, there's an overhang there. Gorn and the hunter fellow (whose name escapes me) in crawler plate armor are there.
No worries about the number of scales you get. Plenty from just 2 dragons. The blood is for the dragon slayer swords. You can sell the excess to Jan. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.
