The only Fire magic I have is FireBolt, that magic I receive by some mage after become Fire mage. Where I can get other Fire magic?? Thank for reply

There are 4 shops with magic items in game:
- during day there are talking two mages before building of fire mages in OC, one of them sells magic items
- Cronos is walking in middle of cave in NC
- Guru that is teaching several novices magic on small platform under templars trainers
- Xandras - he is not avalaible for you now

Thing they are offering changes every chapter. But you should find several runes in their shops (I am not sure if fireball is allready avalaible for you in 3th chapter, but think that is).
