Fourth quest: Dram Bero

I am stucked. I have to convert some Hlaalu members that i am the nerevine. But I can't find Dram Bero (erveryone say he's somewerer at the top of Olms?) and I van't find Oruas Dren (Must be at the Drem plantation)

cAN'T OPEN LOCK LEVEL 50

nor with masterlockpic nor with scroll of unhinging

Scroll of Unhinging does a random unlock from level 40 to 60, so if you had a couple scrolls to try - or just reloaded after any failed attempts....
