armor help...
   

I'm making a fighter mage type character...should I get unarmored or heavy armor or what? and also does the high elf class suck because of all the element weaknesses?

1) All about style. In the end, I'm pretty sure heavy armor will be a higher armor class than unarmored (and it is a better armor class faster too. My orc got a 28 in the same time it took my argonian to get an ac

2) Elemental weaknesses suck, sure... but once you get spells that let you absorb or reflect magic cast at you if you want to be a mage... they don't matter as much. Guess that depends on the type of character you want to play.

With a Fighter/Mage type I personally would go with Light Armor or Medium Armor. Which ever it is, I would make ita major skill.
