Wulf?
   

Have anyone met the imperial named Wulf at Ghostgate? I told him i was the Nevarvine and he gave me a coin, called Old Mans Lucky Coin or something, it wasnt magic or something. I asked around about Wulf, but no one knew anything about him. Who is he?

Check your abilities as well. He gave you more than just a lucky coin.

Wulf is really the god Tiber Septim. I forget who tells you this, but there is only one person I'm aware of who knows this about Wulf.

Wulf (Tiber Septim) is basically rewarding you for serving him, via the Emperor's wishes, honorably.
