Has anyone else seen this with the sleeper? (Spoilers)

I was fighting the sleeper, and I had already killed all the fanatics including Kalom. I decided since I had extra summon spells I could use them to distract the sleeper. Instead, my two Golems went and attacked the sleeper, which didnt help at all.

Anyways, I Got the first heart and killed the first demon lord, but I got hurt pretty bad so I ran behind the pillars at the top of the stairs to heal. When I came back around the pillars and down the stairs, The Sleeper was in the middle of the temple hall! My golems were both still attacking him, but they can't hurt him because he's invincible. And it was impossible to beat him without cheating because I couldn't get to one of the hearts without going to sleep.

I just want to know if anyone has come accross something like this.

Sometimes he wakes up and wanders. It happened before.

It's better not to wake up the sleeping beauty.

Do you go right? Or do you go left? A simple decision, yes? No ambiguities. Only the dream of the path not taken! And so one might stand in this place and contemplate for a long while. What will I miss if I go left? What will I lose if I go right? And in my indecision, have I chosen a worse fate?

If it sleeps, let him sleep!

yes

Yes, This has happened to me. I can usually cause it to happen if I summon up some demons. If you stand so that the demon is between you and the sleeper, when the sleeper fires his fireballs they will hit the demon. Then the demon will attack the sleeper!

This little trick works with the demons that emerge when you stick the hearts!
