How do I recharge the EOI?
   

I know I have to use a dragon's heart, and I have the Swamp Dragon's heart, but how do I recharge the Eye of Innos?

You need a lab flask and an alchemy table in addition to the heart.

Once you've been told how to recharge the Eye, you'll get the option 'recharge Eye of Innos' whenever you'll be using an alchemy table. It will work only if you have the heart and a flask in your inventory, however, so make sure you don't run out of lab flasks.

There should be one in the alchemy lab in the mage house.
