alright i think i am in chpter four or five and i need to find lester. I gave him the deed and he is not at the mountain fort anymore where is he?

thats what I thought too, never saw him there
after you collect all the focusin stones, Gorn says something about a meeting place where the reps from ea camp (Lester, Milten, Gorn, Diego) go to from time to time. "The Meeting" is the name of the quest (if you got it) and someone said you'll find him there, I never did, somewhere where there is a camp with a boiling pot in the SE part of map in Orc Country.
