Some i already mentioned in previous posts but ill put em here...
1. Dont join any Camp until you complete all the help me join quests for all 3, this will boost your XP points before the big quests come round.
2. Kill Bloodflies and sell their wings, you can find lots and lots of Bloodflies all over the place and they are easy to kill.
3. Before fighting Karim in the arena in the old camp, talk to a digger up along the top level near a camp fire to find out which hut you can sleep in and stash your ore there, you have been warned
4. If your a decent level, and not in any camps yet, you can loot these guys...
Old Camp Hunter, to the right of the old camp from North Gate he has nice stuff to loot *** ADDITION - Do NOT kill him, he has a nice bow later on in the game, Thanks PaulDenton for reminding me ***
The 2 guys who travel from the Mine to the Sect camp they follow the South Gate road, kill them for a very nice sword Not usuable at a small leveled person but nice selling opportunity
Mud, well hes a pain and follows you everwhere just kill him to get rid of him, nothing much on him but you do get satisfaction guarenteed that he wont bother you again.
The 2 guards, guarding the Orc Gate go through and entice the orc-dogs through and sit back at a safe distance and watch, only go back when the dogs go back to their original positions
5. Learn Lockpicking lvl2 when u can, you can find some nice stuff in chests, especially at the sect camp when people are preoccupied
6. Got lab flasks? goto the alchemy lab in the sect camp and use the apartus there, you will get potions for free
7. Dont fight Trolls, Shadowbeasts and other annoying beasties until at a high level, and preferbly with a decent Bow, as they wont block the arrows but will block swords
Hope that helps a bit, but dont moan at me if it doesnt I just dont wanna be a peasant no mores lol

1. I personally did this, and without killing a single monster (that I didnt have to kill to solve quests) I reached Level 6 =) Level 6 without spending a single Skillpoint!
3. Before fighting Kharim, drop your Ore somewhere. If you do, you can pick it up after the fight and wont loose anything in the fight (except for health).
4. If you want loot, beat up Lee and Gomez 2 bodyguards.
2 of the best weapons in the game, and one of the best weapons you can get before chapter 5.
If you cannot take out Gomez Bodyguards, take out "Jackal"
The heavy-armoured guy guarding the back gate. He have a crossbow that is almost as powerful as the one that Gomez bodyguard have, but at a lower dexterity requirement.
5. Lockpicking is as effective at Level 2 as it is without skill. Only difference is that you break fewer lockpicks when failing. Save before you picklock a lock, once you know the right combination, load and repeat. That way you can go around without lockpicking at all, still be able to unpick all locks in the game.
6. Thats a GREAT tip (Didnt even know that!)
*GREAT GREAT GREAT TIP*
A Bow helps you to take out one stronger monsters from safe
distance, thus earning more xp than usual for monsters you shouldnt
be able to kill so early in the game.
To get a free bow and a +5 dexterity ring early in the game
do the following:
Enter the Mine, walk down to the melt-oven
(with the working Orc Slave).
Here you have two caves leading to minecrawlers. Lure the crawlers
in the left cave into the workers area, and they will be quickly killed
by the guards & templars. You wont get your experience for them by
doing this, but its worth it.
Walk into that cave, search, and you will find what you need.
The bone bow lies next to a skeleton in the bottom. To reach
the ring, climb the ladders.
With this "bone bow" early in the game you can advance in
levels very quickly. The bow requires 18 in dexterity, wich you should
have by now if you followed my earlier tips.
* WARNING *
Be VERY sure that none of the templars OR named NPC's die in
this fight. It will make it impossible to finish the game!
* END OF WARNING *
I got a LOAD of tips in my FAQ... I will probably publish it before christmas.
Best Regards
JemyM

what I did was when the quest for the nest of the minecrawlers was done, I went into a passage that still had them in it and lured them out towards one of the Gal's he collapsed but I got his Sword Wheeeeewww what a nice sword it is too
What i would like is for the publisher to do a nice MP patch, so we can all gang up on the net and try and take down others strongholds in real time, that would be nice |
